Make sure that paths are set before compiling (launch sharpdevelop from the Visual C++ Toolkit 2003 Command Prompt)
 - Copy ..\..\src\native\common & ..\..\src\native\win32 to this folder before compiling.
 - Edit configuration to setup paths (Project -> Project Options -> Configurations)
